Online Bill Payment
Chesnee Communications is excited to bring online bill presentation and payment to all of our customers. This new feature allows you to view and pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere you happen to be on the Internet. Now instead of going to the mailbox or stopping by our office, you have the convenient option of paying your monthly bill from your computer at home, at work – anywhere!
You can also use this new online system to view past bills if you need to refer back to a call you made in the last three months. And you can even request to get your bill online instead of in the mail. By discontinuing your paper bill, you’ll receive an e-mail each month when your bill is available.
To Get Started:
You’ll need your latest printed bill from Chesnee to set up your online profile the first time. To log in, find your account number on your bill (it should be in the upper right corner of the first page). This number is your login.
Next, locate your temporary password on your printed bill. You will find it printed below the “For Customer Use” box on the first page.
This is the password you’ll use to set up your profile. Once you are online, you’ll be asked to change your password. After you’ve set up your profile this time, you’ll be able to log in using your account number and a password of your choosing.
