Chesnee Honors Local Military Personnel
The Chesnee community has been blessed with several brave young men and women who selflessly serve and continue to serve our great country. To show our appreciation for those in military service, we would like to honor these local young adults by featuring a photo and some information about them on our web site. If you have a loved one that you would like for us to honor, please contact Tina Ledford at Chesnee Communications at 864-461-2211, or e-mail tledford@chesnet.net. Please send us a photo and some brief information about the individual. Thank you.

Captain Michael Todd Bailey, U.S. Army
Captain Bailey is a 1992 graduate of Chesnee High School. He is currently serving our country in Iraq as an MP in the U.S. Army. His wife, Katherine Edward Bailey, and his two sons, Elias and Devlin, eagerly await his safe return home from his service in Iraq.
We are so proud of all the young men and women from Chesnee and around the Country who are willing to sacrifice unselfishly for us to enjoy the freedoms we have. Our Prayers are that God will put a hedge of thorns around them and protect them until they return home to their families and loved ones.
